James Tunningley is Economies & Governance Co-Lead at PL R&D, where he also leads Philanthropy.
Previously, James was a Senior Advisor at Architect Systems Capital Management and the Architect Institute. Before that, he was a Team Lead at Protocol Labs, where he helped build and oversee its global startup and accelerator portfolio.
A Semafor World Economy Principal and Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society, James previously served as a UK diplomat and as Private Secretary to current UK Cabinet Secretary, Dame Antonia Romeo DCB.
