Lukas is the Operations Lead at PL R&D, owning the operating model, cross-focus-area coordination, and the public-output pipeline that surfaces PL R&D's work.
Lukas previously led operations at a decentralized cloud infrastructure company. Earlier, as a startup operator at Protocol Labs, he built and led the Builders Program. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group in New York, and holds master's degrees from Columbia University and Sciences Po, Paris in political science and economics.
